When you call Visiting Aide of New Jersey, we will ask you questions to form a basic needs assessment, after which we will set up an immediate home visit.
A Registered Nurse (RN) will conduct a thorough personal assessment of the required care during each client visit.
At Visiting Aide of New Jersey, we conduct a client assessment to create a personalized care plan and provide recommendations on services. We will thoroughly review the care plan with you and make modifications as per your preferences, in accordance with our service standards.
All of the home health aides employed by Visiting Aide of New Jersey are certified by the New Jersey Board of Nursing, ensuring that they meet the state’s rigorous standards for caregivers. Additionally, we conduct a thorough interview process and background check for each caregiver, and all of them are supervised by a registered nurse.
